Strategy of Development
The strategy of the company is to develop itself rapidly and healthily, in the next few years, into the biggest and most competitive listed company specialized in Chlorine-Alkali and Fine Chemicals in Southern China and South-western China regions, emphasizing on both product and capital operations. Basing on the strategy, the company from now on till 2005 will step by step realize the expansions and innovations of Ion Exchange Caustic Socta, PVC, Trichloroisocyanuric Acid and Trichlorfon projects, the development of new products of Chlorine-Alkali and Fine Chemicals. The company will also invest in environmental protection, pollution treatment, innovation of steam arid electricity supply. Be then, the capacity of Caustic Soda, PVC and Trichioroisocyanuric Acid will reach 200, 000 tons, 100,000 tons and 30,000 tons respectively.
